Carrot Cake

  • Ingredients:
    1. 2 cups all purpose flour
    2. 2 tsp baking powder
    3. 1 tsp baking soda
    4. 1 tsp cinnamon
    5. 1/2 tsp salt
    6. 1 cup oil
    7. 2 cup sugar
    8. 4 eggs
    9. 3~4 cups grated carrots

  • Procedure:
    1. Mix well all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    2. Blend oil and sugar in a separate bowl. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
    3. Add "dry" mixture slowly into the“wet”mixture. Mix in grated carrot. Pour into a greased cake pan.
    4. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for about 1 hour or to desired doneness.
