Bran Muffin (provided by Barb Heil)

• 材料:
  
  • Mix: 8 cups of raisin bran (or one 15 oz. box)
  • 5 cups of flour
  • １ cup sugar
  • 5 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Beat in 4 eggs, 1 cup oil, 1 quart buttermilk
    
  • Preheat oven to 375F and bake for about 15 minutes.
