- 材料:
- Mix: 8 cups of raisin bran (or one 15 oz. box)
- 5 cups of flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- Beat in 4 eggs, 1 cup oil, 1 quart buttermilk
- Preheat oven to 375F and bake for about 15 minutes.
- 做法: The unused batter can be kept in refrigerator for future use (up to a month).
Ingredient:
- 1 1/4 cup flour (can add 2 TBS wheat germ)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamum, 1tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 medium ripe bananas
Procedure:
- Mix well. Sift through if possible.
- Cream oil & sugar first, then beat in eggs until light & fluffy, then cream in peeled banana. Stir together everything。
- Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 (F) for about 40 minutes. (Use a toothpick to check doneness.)
